1. How does it work?

We provide you with amazing deals on products and services from brands we trust, including our own Simply Color Lab products. You are purchasing a coupon to use, not the actual product.

2. To become a member, do I need to pay for it?

Absolutely not! Membership is free. Only when you purchase a deal will any transaction be made.

3. How to subscribe to FotoSav deal alerts?

Register as a member of FotoSav and you will automatically begin receiving emails of deal alerts. 

4. How do I buy a deal that is being offered?

Buy the deal within the time alotted and you will be taken to an order page to confirm your order and payment. Once payment is confirmed, you will be emailed an order confirmation along with a deal certificate.

5. How do I receive my deal certificate?

After payment is confirmed, your deal certificate will be emailed to you as well as appearing in your “My Account” section on FotoSav.

6. If I did not receive my deal certificate, what should I do?

Sign into your FotoSav account, under “My Account” you can find your deal certificate(s) that has your certificate instructions, redemption code as well as any specific ordering instructions. If you have any questions about redeeming the offer, please contact the vendor directly and they will be able to provide further instructions on claiming your purchase.

7. How do I redeem my purchase?

Your deal certificate(s) will be emailed to you. The deal certificate(s) will have a unique redemption code along with specific instructions on how the vendor wants you to redeem your code. Please carefully read the instructions on the deal certificate(s) to ensure that you receive your purchase. Contact the vendor directly for any further instructions on claiming your purchase; make sure you have your redemption code available.

8. When do coupons expire?

Each deal will tell you the date in which your deal certificate(s) will expire. Make sure to claim purchase(s) by expiration date.

9. Am I able to cancel my order or receive a refund?

Because of high volume ordering we cannot offer any refunds on your purchase. Once payment is confirmed and your deal certificate(s) have been issued, you cannot cancel your order.
